Apple Music Playlist on my iPhone/Macbook

I have one playlist in Apple Music but I see different number of songs in my iPhone and Macbook. For example, there are 150 song on Macbook, but on my iPhone I can see only half of them. Can I fix it and how?

The tracks that appear in a playlist on one device, but not on the other, are these tracks from an Apple Music subscription? If these are from another source, then that may be the discrepancy. Possibly these still have to be matched or uploaded to be part of the iCloud Music Library.
