It won’t let me take my credit card off and it says I have an upcoming subscription but there is nothing

It says I’m already on the free one already
You don't have any subscriptions, including iCloud storage ?
Yes, how do I get rid of the iCloud storage
Are you now able to remove the card from the account, or do you still the subscriptions message ?
No it says I need to manage my payment to keep the free iCloud
