Hi, I reset my iphone without ever backing it up on icloud. I got a new phone is there any way to recover the info ?

If you don't have a backup from iCloud or iTunes, there isn't a way to recover your data. If you were syncing data to iCloud, you can recover that data by going to Settings/Your Name/iCloud, signing in with the same Apple ID, and turning on desired syncing.
