Need help with Activation Lock

Hi, i bought a second hand apple watch of a reseller online. But the watch came with an Activation lock from some previous owner. I dont know if there is any way to get in touch with the previous owner. Is there anyway you could remove the Activation lock from the watch if i wont be able to get in touch with the previous owner?
