Я не пользуюсь айтюнсом,не оформляла подписку.У меня каждый месяц снимает 5$,в чем дело?почему так происходит?

You've looked at the purchase histories and Subscriptions section of all iTunes accounts you have linked to the card, and you haven't got extra iCloud storage ? If you can't find it, contact the card issuer.

Посмотрела все ,всю историю,обращалась в банк по поводу карты они не знают в чем проблема

в историях у меня itunes нет

не могу отключить оплату и не могу отвязать карту из за этого

каждый месяц стабильно 5 долларов снимает ни за что

When trying to remove the card from your iTunes account you are getting a message about an active iTunes subscription ? And it doesn't show, not in the Subscriptions section and you haven't upgraded your iCloud storage on that account ? Have you tried asking iTunes Support about it : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’) ?
