How can I recover my delated photos from iCloud

In Mac system preferences > iCloud the box of photos is checked and synced with www.icloud.com if you delete photos from Mac https://support.apple.com/en-in/guide/photos/pht3bfab2f96/4.0/mac/10.14 they will be also deleted from icloud.com but moved to recently deleted folder and kept for 30 days , after 30 days time period they will get deleted from the server .

If you found photos in recently folder they can again be recovered , select them use command and A keys works in Mac OS mojave 10.14.6 and click on recover see this link also https://help.apple.com/icloud/#/mm08b49040b5
