Renewing a Subscription to Apple Music

Hello, I am unable to renew my subscription to Apple Music. For some reason I will enter all of my info on the card & it will tell me that my account in both the App Store & the iTunes Store has been disabled. I have tried through settings & both of the apps. Nothing has worked.

'If you see a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes," there might be a problem with the payment method that you have on file.' Click on the link in the document and follow instructions. --> https://support.apple.com/HT208856
