Warranty from Apple comes with every new iPhone regardless of where it was bought, apple directly or an authorized re-seller such as a carrier).

However accidental damage is not covered by that warranty.

If it was damaged right out of the box, then go back to your carrier and tell them.

Otherwise, its on you to replace it or get the screen fixed.

As said the phone comes with warranty. But accidental damage such as a screen crack is not covered by it.

There is no warranty for screen cracks. Its not a manufacturing defect.

Yes, you will need to pay the full price of the screen repair, unless you have Apple Care+.

Apple Care+ does not come with the iPhone no, its a separate product.

Its not technically a screen crack warranty. Its a paid extension to the regular warranty that adds coverage for two incidents of accidental screen damage for $29. It needs to be bought separately, within 60 days of having bought the device, and the device must be in full working order when its bought.

So yes, if you did not buy Apple Care+at any point, then no you don't get the $29 price. You get the full out of warranty repair price.
