Family Sharing is only letting one person use Apple Music at one time

I upgraded to family sharing on apple music and it’s charging me for the payments but it’s only letting one person use apple music at one time. How do i fix it or just get my money back

It sounds more to me like you are using one Apple ID between all of you, not using true Family Sharing where each member has their own Apple ID. Apple Music can only be played on one device at a time registered under the same Apple ID.
