Any updates on this? I would like to know if you can set back the watch 4 mode where you move your wrist to wake the display. It's not always useful to have it always on. And besides that Apple haven't said too much about the oled burn in...
Yes! You can!
On the watch, go to Settings, display and brightness and the option is there. Click on Always On and you can make your selection on the watch itself. And apparently the app now that I see the other answer.
Assuming the Theater Mode will work the same way it does on all of the other Apple watches , you should be able to tap it to turn off the display.
No the always on display says on. Hence why it’s called Always on.
Do you know for a fact there won't be a setting to shut it off?
I don't have a source but I read that you can turn off the feature in settings.
We'll know for sure on Friday, but that is also what I saw in one of the rumor sites.
