using apple watch ecg feature brought from a supported country in an unsupported country

I am ordering series 5 apple watch from Hong Kong where ECG is supported. but i am in China where ECG is not yet supported. And my apple id is China based location. Will the ECG feature work if i activate with my apple id in China? Will it work if I change my apple id location to supported country like Hong Kong or USA? Thanks.

No. The ECG app will not work unless you buy the Watch from a supported region, have an Apple ID associated with the same region, and are physically located in that region.
