iOS 13 find my friends not working

Found share location under find iPhone, but cannot figure out how to see location of others. Appears Find Friends app disappeared.

Any advice? Or maybe I’m just missing something.

New find my ios13 does not work Upgraded to ios13 Apple did away with find my iPhone and now I have find my friends and it does not locate friends.
