Users advance to higher levels by receiving “Helpful” or “Solved” points from other users. That means a level 9 user has provided excellent advice and service to many users over the years. Years ago the number of posts also contributed to the levels bu that changed a few years ago. Now only helpful or solved points advances you, a much better indicator of the reliability of that user. Bottom line? @rbylawski is a good source of accurate information.

Apple Card is currently only available in the US. Apple has said it will roll out to other countries, but as users we would have no knowledge of when.
An additional question is: What does Level 9 refer to and how are the points assigned. Thanks again. Have a wonderful day!
Thanks lkrupp!
