icloud preferences
everytime i am trying to open icloud from system preference.. i got this msg “ couldn’t load icloud preference pane “

Click on finder , click on Go > hold option key and click on library , once entered in user library find a folder preferences > drag and drop com.apple.systempreferences.plist to the desktop , restart the Mac .
Also you must use safe mode https://support.apple.com/en-in/HT201262 and create a new test user account whether the issue still persists see the article https://support.apple.com/en-in/HT204443

thank u .. i tried ur way and also deleted file named mobileme . in preference folder and it worked .. thank you
Not recommended to delete mobileme files , take suggestions from senior apple care advisor .
i read it in older post with same problem .. so i tried it
