ECG in UAE

I have recently purchased a Nike Apple Watch Series 5 in The UAE for the ECG feature.......to find that it isn't available in the UAE! Is there a way to activate it? My App Store is the UK.

is applewatch support ecg in bangladesh ? I’m a user of Apple watch ultra as well as a iPhone 13 Pro Max. I’m 60 years of old and I need to monitor my health condition and that is why I bought a Apple ultra from New York and brought it to Bangladesh. It’s very important to see the ECG report continuously in my watch and I expected that but alas when I activated the ECG monitor system the watch sending a message that it’s not supposed my area in Bangladesh. so my request to the Apple authorities to activate the ECG in our area. Hope the authorities will consider the matter.

No, you cannot activate it.

Country of purchase has to have approved ECG And country where it is used has to have approved ECG.
