If you only have a fingerprint for a passcode and you get locked out of your phone and you never set the 6 digit passcode can you recover your phone without losing data

If you never set a 6 digit numeric pass code and get locked out if your phone can you regain access to your phone without losing all your data?

It is not possible to register a fingerprint without first registering a 6-digit pass code. This is the same pass code you use about once a week to keep your fingerprint scanner working for another week and to get into your phone the first time after each power cycle and reboot.


Please try to remember this pass code.
