Account has been disabled in iTunes and App Store

My account is saying it’s disabled and I can’t download apps or do anything. My credit card is fine. There’s no reason my account should be disabled. Who do I talk to

iPhone XR, iOS 13

Contact iTunes Support in the country where you live (and which is therefore the country on the account) and see if they can/will re-enable it : If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes’
