iPad OS 13.2 email issues

I've added my company exchange email to my iPad. After update the iPad OS 13.2, I’ve seen the reply and forward icons missing even in Mail App and Outlook.

I discovered this problem occurs when the reading status can't update. When I reply / forward email if the reading status can't update, it will lost the reply / forward icons.
