Activation lock

Hello!

My name is Julia. My IPhone XS was stolen on 13th April, 2019. Unfortunately, police couldn’t find it. There is no any activities in program find iPhone. But yesterday, on 15:12, activation lock was requesting password. I think, a thief turned on the device. So I want to ask you not allow reactivate or delete my iCloud. And I will be very grateful, if you can help me to find my device.

Do not supply the password in response to the message. Since the thief turned on the phone, see if you can locate it using Find My Phone.
