My card isn’t works at iPhone payment method

I have an issue with adding payment method . When i add a new card THIS happens . Help me please

"Your payment method is not Valid in this Store. Please enter a new payment method."

Make sure the card is on the supported list and that your region is correct for your Apple ID and on your phone.
