Hello,
I need to turn off find my iPhone another device but I don’t have the password for the Apple ID that was created on the iPhone. And I can only turn back the phone in once I am logged out. There is no way I can recover the account , is there another option to reset the phone or delete the account ?

The person passed away. I can’t recover his old account. If I go to the Apple store can they reboot the phone ?
No, you need the original receipt, death certificate and possibly a court order.
