How do i reset a parental control password if a forgot it

I forgot the parental contral password and I locked out everything so I can't reset the phone what do I do?

You will have to restore the phone using Recovery Mode, and do not restore a backup (which contains the passcode). Follow the instructions in this Apple support link—>If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
