Missing iTunes Library & Playlists on my iPhone

I looked up how to resync, but all directions include hard connect via USB port of iPhone to computer. My current MacBook Pro, running macOS Mojave does not have USB cable connection, so I'm not able to use this method. I'm paying the subscription fee for iTunes Match to have my iTunes Library on all my devices, so really would like to be able to use what I'm paying for! How can I get my iTunes Library & Playlists back on my iPhone?

iPhone 7, iOS 13

See Turn on Sync Library with Apple Music - Apple Support. The process is the same for iTunes Match. Once Sync Library (iCloud Music Library) is enabled you should see cloud links on your device to your playlists and music. You choose what gets downloaded to it and what you stream.
