Microsoft edge and Bing Search Engine location services
Bing is my choice for search engine on iPhone and it is not listed under the apps for location services. What should I do? Is there a way to add it or give access to GPS?

I'm not sure I understand the issue. You have Bing turned on for your Search Engine in Safari, what does Edge have to do with this on the iPhone? Also, you would turn on Locations Services for the web under Safari Websites, not for the search Engine. I hope that addresses what you are asking.
I have Edge installed on my iPhone also, and Bing is the default search engine for both Safari and Edge. Furthermore, I am signed in to Bing with my Microsoft I’d on both browsers. However, I keep receiving notifications that my search results would be better if I give Bing access to my location. When I click on the link on the page, nothing happens and Bing repeats the message periodically.
Interesting, I never knew that Edge browser was available for the iPhone. However, I would ask if you go to Settings>Privacy>Location Services, do you see Edge listed there? I've not seen a search provider listed in location services in the past.
Yes, Edge is on IOS. The search engine is very tricky. Safari controls the access to location services, but it appears that the search engine dies not. It creates some chaos especially by giving results for out of market locations or different countries. Windows 10almost demands merging with the cell phone, albeit not with Apple. Fir Apple it is very difficult to sync favorites and in particular the search activities. So, I asked for help for the sake of making Windows comply with the “Continuum” principles of Microsoft which is an elusive target.
thank you for your help.
You're welcome.
