I didn’t get my money after refund request

Hi, im successfuly bought a game for my iPhone 11 in iOS app store. That was “Neon Drive”, after i downloaded the game i saw a lot of graphical issues and bad game optimization for my phone and then request a refund after 10 minutes on playing. Day after im received an email from Apple thats told me next:


We received information about a problem with the “Neon Drive - '80s style arcade” application that you sent to us using the iTunes “Report a Problem” function. This message confirms that the funds for this purchase in the amount of USD 3.99 were returned to your account.


Now I waiting for 2 days but even now im not get my money back. What i need to do?

Have you signed out of the App Store/iTunes and back in to see if that refreshes your account?


If necessary, contact iTunes Support. Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.
