add to wallet not working
Apple Wallet keeps giving an error when adding passes to the wallet. it is also taking photos of the QR code instead of scanning the code. I have already tried the trouble shooting options.

For the QR code issue:
Your phone's camera may have troubleĀ scanningĀ theĀ codeĀ if it's tilted at an angle. Make sure it's level with the surface that theĀ codeĀ is printed on. If you're holding your phone too close or too far away, it won'tĀ scanĀ theĀ code. Try holding your phone about a foot away and slowly moving it towards theĀ QR code.
