I lost my gmail account.i noticed it wasn’t my me email account. Can I retrieve it?

I was wondering if I could retrieve my lost or deleted gmail account

Deleted from where? The iOS mail app? If so, just add it back (Add an email account to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support). If you’re talking about deleting it from somewhere else (the gmail app??) then please post back with specifics.
