Health app linking to Activity app

I am browsing my health app, then I have to go to the separate activity app to also see my health data, can these two apps not been combined better for better functionality??

Add or edit activity in health app I am trying to find out how to edit or add an activity in the health app but all the posts I can find are a few years old & it looks like the health app has changed since the posts. I do not have a health data tab at the bottom of the app (just summary & browse) & I cannot find a plus button anywhere to add/edit. Can anyone help?
