But it’s hardware. It might not. Weirder things have happened.
Check with Apple or your preferred hardware service provider.

I did and there response was that it won’t expand if it doesn’t falls again. Hence, i just wanted other people’s responses to it for further confirmation
Luckily I don’t have that problem, so I can’t report my experience about that.
