Hello, i am contacting you guys about my storage. when i got my phone, i got it with 64 gb and it always says that i'm out of storage and when i click on it i says i have 5gb of storage. how do i fix this ?

Is the 5GB iCloud storage or storage on the phone? 5GB is the amount of free iCloud storage that everyone gets. See the following for information about both types of storage: About storage on your device and in iCloud - Apple Support
