My parents have recently got a new iPhone and all my pictures and contacts went to their phones, every time they take pictures I get them on my pictures too ?

I think that’s because you are all sharing the same Apple ID. If you are, you should each have your own. You can keep the original ID and get new ones for your parents. You can share purchases and some other content using Family Sharing.
