Battery life?

I've had a pair of AirPods Pro for 4 months. They get used lightly. I've noticed that battery life isn't much over 2 hours, contrary to Apple's claim of up to 4.5 hours with noise cancellation active. I keep noise cancellation on. Is this a common problem, and is there any remedy?

AirPods gen 2 lasts 15-20 mins listening and 1-3 mins on calls I've had them since Dec '19 so it has been a while, but is there anything I can do to extend their battery life? I've also noticed that the battery levels shown on my widgets aren't that accurate either, they could be at 90% one minute then die a couple of seconds later. I've tried resetting and restarting and repairing but haven't managed to fix it yet. Any suggestions?

Battery drain? My battery is dying so fast on the case of my airpods i just bought em a couple of months ago and they used to be fine what causes this?
