Face ID other apps toggle

I’ve just got a 2020 iPad Pro 12.9 inch and in settings for Face ID and passcode, there is no option to toggle ‘other apps’. Any suggestions?

iPad Pro, iOS 13

Some apps depending on the implementations like bank, secure notes, ... will open once you look (use your Face ID).

When I go to settings, Face ID and passcode, there is no option shown for other apps even tough Face ID is enabled.

Face ID and passcode are meant to secure the lock screen.

Once you are admitted, you can open any apps you have/want.

My Norton password vault app is telling me to enable Face ID in settings but there is no option to allow me to do that

Problem solved - it worked properly when I opened norton password again. Thanks for your help.
