AirPods Pro Ear Tip Fit Test

I'm getting inconsistent results. I tested all three tip sets and received the message "Adjust or Try a Different Ear Tip" for both ears on each test. A second test of all three tips resulted in "Good Seal" message on one ear or another on each of the three tip sets. A third attempt resulted in "Good Seal" on largest tip set only. Running the test a second time with the large tip set results in one "Good Seal" and one "Adjust or Try a Different Ear Tip". I didn't remove the AirPods or reposition them in any way. I'm just going to ignore this "feature" and wear the set that is most comfortable and stays in my ears the best. Hopefully, this feedback will be read and addressed by Apple's engineering team.

p.s. On the Test screen with the instructions, it would be very helpful if the play triangle was moved up. There is a bunch of white space so it's confusing to first-time users.

pps I'm asked to select which product this question pertains to but AirPods Pro is not one of the options provided.

iPhone 5s, iOS 12

Hello,

The AirPods Pro Ear Fit Test can vary by your environment’s sounds as well as several other factors. In this case you should go by which tip is the most comfortable and provides the best audible noise cancelation.
