iTunes account disabled

Can’t download apps or play Apple Music every time I try it says my iTunes it’s disabled, can anyone help ?

Contact iTunes Support in the country where you live (and which is therefore the country on the account) and see if they can/will re-enable it : If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes’
