Macbook Air 2012: it won't find my home wifi

When my mba comes back from sleeping, it won't find the same wifi it was connected before. My mba sees all other wifis in the area except for mine. I check the wifi connection on my iphone, and it is connected to the same wifi without any issues. To solve the issue I have to restart my mba.
