Return address

I need to return a damaged iPad Pro that was replaced under insurance last week. The replacement has arrived but I didn’t get a return box for the damaged one. I can use the box the replacement was sent in but I don’t have an address. Please give me an address urgently as Apple is holding a large deposit until the damaged one is returned. I need to know where to send it to please.
