My iPhone XR is frozen and I can’t do anything

I need help, my iPhone is frozen and i can’t reset or do anything, i try to reset normal but don’t let me do. What I can do to fixed plz.

Force restart iPhone - Apple Support ⬅︎ try this again...

Press and quickly release the volume up button.
Press and quickly release the volume down button.
Press and hold the side button.
When the Apple logo appears, release the button.
