What do you see when you load the Apple TV app?

What do you see when you navigate to the Apple TV+ content in the Apple TV app?

What do you see when start a show from Apple TV+?


Does this happen on both cellular and Wi-Fi connections?

Is the TV app authorized on your phone to use data when on cellular?

Does the behavior change after a force-close and relaunch of the TV app?

Does the behavior change after a restart of the device?

Verify that Airplane mode is off.

Verify that you are connected to a network with internet, either Wi-Fi or cellular.

Verify Settings﹥Cellular﹥[ᴄᴇʟʟᴜʟᴀʀ ᴅᴀᴛᴀ] TV﹥On (if you want full functionality when on cellular).

Try turning off Wi-Fi and Cellular, then turn them back on. Either in Settings, or in Control Center.
