iTunes and AppStore

I can’t download any apps or make purchases. It’s saying my AppStore and itunes r disabled and I can’t figure it out as to why. I had called a number which I thought was a support number and I got scammed into buying $500 worth of google play cards. To prove it was me because he said my account was hacked. I can’t believe I fell for it I am so much smarter then that. Can u please help me ?
