Concatenated Cells Don't Always Copy Superscript?

I've been using Numbers to replicate superscripted text across different pages using the concatenate formula. There are times it works on certain pages, and other times that it doesn't. Anyone know why this happens, or how I can fix it?

Thanks.

It is difficult to say without seeing it and knowing what you did (or didn't do) differently. There are no "pages" in Numbers. Do you mean an entire "table" or do you mean "all the tables on an entire sheet"?

What I have noticed with concatenation is that you cannot apply any text styles to the cell with the formula if you want any of the pieces of text from the other cells to retain their formatting. For example, if I change the text color from the default black to some other color, all other formatting goes away.

Wait! I figured it out—you can ensure that the formatting remains the same if you create a format and use it throughout your document. I'll post steps here for anybody else who encounters this problem:

  1. Open up the format toolbar on the right-hand side of your screen.
  2. While you're in the cell that uses the format you'd like to replicate, go to the "Text" tab in the format toolbar.
  3. At the very top of the "style" section, you'll see a format name; click the dropdown menu and click the "+" to add and name your custom format. (picture down below)
  4. Make sure any cell you want to carry over the format of your original cell uses your custom format, and you should be good!

Yes, apologies. I meant to say that I have a single cell of text that I'm replicating on multiple sheets in the same document. And the strange thing is, there are certain cases when the formatting of the text does stay the same, while other times it doesn't. It's very strange.

As an example, here are two cells, each using the exact same formula, but one of them has carried over the superscripted ® while the other hasn't.
