How do I reset my iPad?

How do I reset my iPad? The screen just says, “iPad is disabled”. Underneath it says, “Connect to iTunes” but there’s no way to do that from the iPad itself.

No, there isn't. If the iPad is disabled, you will need a computer with iTunes to restore it. See the instructions here, If you forgot the passcode on your iPad, or your iPad is disabled - Apple Support
