my payment method was declined because Zappos thought there was a fradulent purchase on my debit card. could apple please try the card again for my ICloud monthly payment.

My debit card company thought that something had made a fraudulent purchase using my card. This wasn’t the case, but now I cannot make an ICould payment because the debit card is being rejected.
