I have a water damaged iPhone that wasn’t backed up. Is there any way I can still transfer all those files and photos into my new iPhone?
You can download any data you were syncing to iCloud by signing into Settings/Your Name/iCloud using the same Apple ID, and turning syncing on. That will be the only data you can transfer since there isn't a backup.
