cannot unlock my screen

I have a screen that I cannot unlock, i cannot see anything only the locked screen

If you're talking about the passcode to unlock your screen, these are the instructions to remove that passcode:--> If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled

If you mean something different, please better specify your situation/needs.
