2 factor authentication

I’m running 13.5.1 on XR iphone. It does not give me the ability to select 2 factor authentication. How do I fix it?

See also the article linked below. 2FA is not available everywhere and requires that you filled in a trusted phone number to receive the 2FA code. This number is usually added when you set up your Apple ID.
