The whole iPad freezes if I’m using trackpad and keyboard at the same time

Hey Kitty_thekat a hard reset is not a wipe reset it’s a it’s a force reboot you hold down the power and home button until you see the apple logo but if you have a iPad Pro without a home button you hold down the Press the volume up button for one second, followed by the volume down button for one second. Tap and hold the Top button for at least 5 seconds.
