Crash observed after clearing cache and history of Safari on iPhone XR

Crash is observed everytime on launching safari after clearing History and Website data from Settings.

Reproducibility:100%

Device Name-iPhone XR

iOS Version:13.5.1

What exactly happens when it crashes? For example, does the app quit and take you back to the Home screen or do you see an error message in Safari when you attempt to browse?
