how to unlock a disabled phone

my iphone 6s+ is disabled and there is a message telling me to connect to itunes. i dont own a mac book and the laptop i do have do not support itunes or allow me to do anything that will unlock my disabled phone

iTunes runs on Windows too...


You are going to need access to a computer with iTunes.
