How can I uninstall and reinstall the safari app?

That is cached data by Safari app. There is no need for you to do anything as iOS purges cached data automatically when disk space used by it is needed by system or other app.


Is your iPhone low on disk space? If you don’t get prompts that your device is low on free space then you are all good.
